vin's & kin's bday celeb!

okie... the 2 guys are 23 this year....

time flies... hahah....

anyway, celebrated their bday on the 26th October 2008.

the bday surprise was being planned by jessie, almost to perfection till the two bday boys dunno we are celebrating their bday....

firstly is vin......

i think jessie's acting skills must be super good... then vin didnt suspect that we ARE celebrating his bday together on the 26th October...

everyone are stationed are each level in heerens.... mainly....

ting & ming nan are at first level

janey and zhe yan are at the second level....

kin & fung xin are at the third level

and finally... aunty blur blur who is urs truly is at the fourth level... i think the most boring level is the fourth level and somemore im alone.... and i need to spend the most time trying to entertain myself before vin reached....

anyway, the plan is that we are gg to give him a surprise because he didnt know that we are here... he tot that we all have plans on that day and ARENT FREE AT ALL...

so........

5 mins before he reached...jessie gave me a call to station ourself and to pass the msg downwards (haha...according to the level we are at)....

anyway, after much much waiting, he FINALLY reached....

i think he most be cock eye or our acting skills are damn good...

firstly, when he was at first level... ting and ming nan were very near them... BUT he CANT see them! ming nan has to call him in order for him to take note of them... omg... and they lied to him that they are free for dinner.... but meeting their friends after dinner....

then...... they took the escalator up..... and reached the second level.... so janey and zhe yan are stationed there.... okie... i forgot wat was their reason for being there.... and vin BELIEVED them again! omg..... i cant imagine that.... isnt it too much a coincidence? hahaha.... i think in some way, he is too trusting... haha..=p....

then... the third level..... they "BUMPED" into kin and fung xin..... haha... they told him that they are celebrating their 2nd year anniversary in heerens and will be eating in billy bombers (when in fact, billy bombers is closed.. hahah..omg right).... and guess wat.... vin believed again.......hahah...

okie... finally my level.....

im stationed inside new urban male since jessie's msg "he is here!".... and after 'pretending' to be very very interested in their stuff for some time, they finally reach new urban male.....

okie... guess wat..... i am standing infront of vin for a very very very very very very long time.... and shaking non-stop (cos i cant help laughing!).... and he still havent see me!!! omg manx.... and ting has to point to somewhere (actually nowhere) and asked him "eh.... do u think that the top is nice?? (when in fact, it is not nice!)... and vin replied..."mmm... not nice"....and HE WANTED TO WALK AWAY ALREADY!!!!

jiu ming ahx..... nvm la.... after much hinting and stuff, he finally saw me... and i think that's when the whole trick was being exposed.....

anyway, went to have dinner and finally kbox!

as for kin, managed to make him believe that the bday celeb was only meant for vin.. until... fung xin came in with a bday cake.... heheh.....that's when he 恍然大悟....

there's been a few seconds when i tot of not gg to send him off...

the tot of not being there to send him and not only that, but also not gg to see him for the next half a year sort of scare me or worry me...


i tink so la... couldnt exactly rem what i was feeling 2 weeks ago... haha...but that idiot has safely reached norway and is enjoying his life over there....


hopefully he wun spent all his money and cant come back.... omg... i think that's wat worries us most...

bbq finally...

okie... the long awaited bbq day is finally here!

the cycling before the bbq doesnt work.. because the earliest of us (kin and fung xin) only reached at 3 plus?

aunty janey and zhe yan reached at 4 plus...

vin and jessie reached at 6 plus...

aunty blur blur reached at 7 plus...

ting and ming nan reached at 10 plus....

ah yuan reached at 11 plus

finally, the finale... aunty merry reached at 12 plus....

being a long long time since we had such a gathering... we used to meet at least once a week.....overnite kboxing esp.... that was when i was in uni ( i guess that was part of the reason why my uni results sucks...) haha...

as we grow older, and when we joined the working society... we ran out of time... firstly, we need to work... then we need to spend our time with our families... next we need to spend our time with our bf/gfs... so... lesser and lesser occassion where we gather together...

anyway. the bbq was fun... i bet kin and fung xin master their skills of bbq-ing.. haha... most of our food were bbqed by them...

i was more interested in talking.. haha..okie... occassionally helping them out though...

prawn prawn... here i come

went to celebrate merry's bday today at farmart!

haha... went prawn 'fishing'!

i think it has been a long time since we went for this type of 'interesting' outdoor activity.... haha.. (actually was abit excited this morn... have a feeling that i havent been feeling very long..hahah...mmm... like when during sec sch... we will usually go to east coast park la... this sort of feelings...)

anyway, it was really a very interesting experience actually... a good place for prawn catching... good environment.. though the weather is hot, it is windy today..i think due to the location... it is located relatively high... so nth is blocking the wind from coming!

mmm... it is $13 per hour..but u get an hour free for 2 hours continuously.. and also... if u felt that 3 hours is too much.. they will indicate how many hours u have left... and u can go back next time with the receipt and continue again ! but then.. u need to get a mininum of an hour before u can redeem...

now..the fun part... haha... okie.. the results....
in order of number of prawns
sk and fung xin : 6 prawns
me, mer & ah wei: 5 prawns
ming nan & ting: 1 prawn
jessie & vin: 1 prawn
janey & zhe yan: no prawn!

heee........ mmm... okie...i think mininum 1 prawn for 3 hours ba...as for janey and zhe yan...maybe the problem lies with the baiting..cos i heard them saying the prawns always ran away with their bait... omg....

hee.... okie... so our total catch is 13! hee... but then i think we ate a total more than 33 prawns!!! hee... cos right.... there are some people who managed to catch ALOT of prawns!!! and i think they have too much prawns and they gave them to us!!! hee.. yippie.....

eating live prawns is really different... they are really fresh and cruchcy..nice nice! but then... the process of washing them, pulling out their huge thongs and bbq-ing them is quite sinful..cos watching them die...omg....

hee...okie... let's not talk abt those scary parts....

hee...wanted to write an entry for the OCS comms parade for a long long time liao...but always cant find the time to sit down & write...finally manage to sit down & write this entry! yesh..

thanks to hong yuan & hong wei, i got a tix to this parade... it is really a great parade.. at first tot tt it will be v sian cos parade ma... the first thing tt comes to your mind is boring & serious! But in fact, it is not! it is fun but... at the same time serious...

I'm really glad that hong yuan & wei has managed to come so far..... haha...i remembered hong wei telling me that he is scare he wun be able to survive thru this course when he knew tt he would be posted to ocs last yr. but he did it! hee... proud of u man!

Seeing the both of them in the parade square marching and hearing the speech that the Minister of Health had prepared for the officers really made me proud of them. It is like a ending & at the same time a beginning for them.

haha.. writing all these seems like im the one commissioning instead of them.. hahah... dunno lei... just felt so proud of them.. haha.. dunno mention how many times proud liao.. haha... aiya.. all in all, im proud of them! hahah...
