Heineken

went to Heineken for audit 2 weeks ago..

the audit was considered quite rush i think...

on the first day, we met our client. the first tot that came to my mind was that she seems quite bossful...

but at yen yen's umpteem times of persuading, i shall drop that tot and think that she wasnt really wat she seems...

after some interaction with her, i finally decided that she was really not what she seems to be. she is in fact really quite competent and knows what she is doing and she is very helpful.

however, on the second day, she went on MC. the third day as well.... we started to panick.... afraid that we cant finish our stuff.. esp yen yen who will be gg for training on friday..

she is finally back on thursday and friday....

chatted with her on friday... actually felt quite guilty... really wanted to chat with her more on her china trips... however, im really scare my stuff cant finish.... so i have to cut our conversation...

by friday night, she really seems quite pale.... in fact, her eyes become very red...

she was on leave on monday as well..

a few days pass by... then 1 week pass by... and 2 weeks pass by and in the morning, yen yen msged me....

told me that she passed away.....

that news was really very shocking to me.. i cant believe it...

till the time i received yen yen's msg, i still believe that she will recover and perhaps i might see her on finals when i go in...

started to regret that i cut our conversation....

started to regret that i nv really chatted with her...

her death makes me think of something.....

felt that sometimes auditor are quite annoying... haha... in the client perspective o cos...

when they are here, they are just here to check ur stuff... doubt ur work and question u like nobody business

the worse thing is you have to repeat the things u told them every year because they change every year and they will ask u the same question every year...

because when i was in heinken, i felt that i was annoying... i have no choice... cant really chat with client... can only talk to her on audit matters on work.. even if it was chat, it has to be a small chat... very small chat... if u chat too long, seniors will think whether u spend more time chatting or working...

and if u dun interact with client, client will hate u... cos when they saw u, it means her work doesnt ties or means pushing back her stuff and entertain u...

how? which type of auditor do i wan to be ?
