taiwan shows..

haha...

being watching taiwan shows these few days...

something to worth mentioning is 大小爱吃... being hosted by 大 and 小 S... love the 综艺节目 hosted by them....

it used to be 娱乐百分百... like 4 or 5 years ago la...haha... but after that 罗志祥 took over.... and i didnt watch liao actually... dun really like him actually... felt that he is quite attention seeking at times

next is 大小爱吃....

anyway, watched one episode....

it is abt losing weight... hahah... yes... that's wat i need now..... i think i did gained weight when i started work... abt 2 kg???

anyway, they mentioned that the best way to lose weight is not to eat 4 hours before u sleep.... you might not think that it is not healthy.. However, come to think of it, your body wun be busy digesting the stomach in ur food if you slept before it finished digesting.. This explains the theory why we will have nightmare when we go to sleep when our stomach is very full... Therefore, does it sound reasonable not to eat 4 hours before you sleep???? hee...

and before you sleep... do abt 20-50 situp... mmm... but actually someone (i think it is vin) mentioned before sit up is actually to build muscles... therefore, if you have fats on your stomach, you shouldnt do sit-up.... you must first lose those muscles.. which is by running or doing aerobics exercise....

yesh....

so this are the things you need to do to slim down... hahaah... my theory la....

Firstly... run or do aerobics exercise (something that will make your body sweat) for at least 30 mins.....

Secondly... have a heavy lunch and skip your dinner or have an light lunch and an early dinner.... plan to sleep at least 4 hours after your dinner... but not too late.. you might end up having gastric....

Thirdly, if you are slim enough, do some sit-up before you sleep... it will help you tone your stomach....

eh... but they didnt mention anything abt flabby arms and thick thighs.... mmm.. okie... i will go research and inform you guys again....
